The price does not include the tourist tax, as required by the town of Nardo, equal to € 1,00 per day per person, from 1 May to 30 September, for the first 8 days overnight, excluding children less than 14 years.

The prices refer to stays of at least 3 nights, for stays of one night a supplement of 30% will be applied, of two nights of 20%.
The children until 2 years will be our hosts!
We will be opened also in the christmas period, paschal and in whichever other period through reservation.

Payment modality:

• The payment of stay dev' to be carried out for 30% of the amount total within 2 days from the moment of the reservation through discount it mails them on paper mail pay.
• In lacked case of deposit will be cancelled the reservation and will be necessary to carry out an other demand for availability.
• The balance will have to be carried out cash at the moment of the arrival.
• At the moment of the arrival an acknowledgment document will be demanded.
• The poured account will be able to be reimbursed single if the notice to leave will be carried out at least 35 day befor of the reservation.
